1. Who we are

Inburgering Mate is a trade name of the sole proprietorship of T.Y. Kwon (trading as Sura Steel), registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 98957015, Jan Krosstraat 172, 2571 DD Den Haag, the Netherlands. Email: rnjsxodyd@gmail.com.

Inburgering Mate is an independent study platform for the Dutch civic integration (inburgering) and NT2 exams. It is not affiliated with DUO, the Dutch government or any exam provider. Practice material is written for this platform and is not an official exam.

2. Your account

You need an account to save progress and to subscribe. Keep your password private. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by email.

3. Free lessons

Every course has free sample lessons. We may change which lessons are free.

4. Subscriptions and prices

Subscriptions give access to the courses listed on the pricing page for as long as the subscription is active. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. A subscription renews automatically every month and is charged in advance to the payment method you chose. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage, change or cancel subscription"). Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

6. 14-day refund and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason. Email rnjsxodyd@gmail.com within those 14 days and we refund your first payment in full, to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your email. This applies to your first subscription only; renewals and later payments do not start a new 14-day period.

7. No guarantee of results

We do our best to keep the material accurate and up to date with the current exams, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass. Always check inburgeren.nl for the rules that apply to you.

8. Fair use

A subscription is personal. Do not share your account or copy and publish the course material.

9. Writing feedback and recordings

When you use "Check my text", the text you wrote is sent to LanguageTool (api.languagetool.org) to check grammar and spelling. Speaking recordings stay in your browser and are not uploaded.

When you are logged in and use "Get feedback", your text and the writing task are sent through our server to Nebius Token Factory (an AI model provider) to create the feedback. Nebius handles this under its own terms and data policy. We do not keep your text, unless you tick "Let Inburgering Mate keep this text without my name"; then we store the text and its feedback without your account details, to improve the feedback. We count how many checks you use per day to limit costs. The feedback is a practice guide, not an official exam result.

10. Complaints and law

If something is wrong, email us and we reply within 14 days. Dutch law applies. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
